For Girls Candidates - Any Khadayata or Non- Khadayata Vaishnav Vanik Girl can Register on website but Any non Vaishnav Vanik Girl can not register on website.
2. All Rights for Accepting or Rejecting the Request for Registration will be Solely with Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management.
3. All Registration on website will be made Publicly Visible only after Acceptance by Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management.
4. Any Registration Which is Not Within Rules & Regulations stipulated by Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management will be Rejected & Any Payment done will not be Refunded.
5. Any Registration on the Website without Due Registration Fees Payment will Remain on hold until payment of Full Registration Fees.
   If the registration done by any Boy/Girl candidate is rejected or not acceptable by SKMB.
6. Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management is not Responsible for any Misinformation in Biodata of Candidates.
7. If Any Candidate Registered on Website finds His/Her Life Partner, Please Inform The Management To Cancel/ Remove His/Her Biodata & Registered Details From The Website.
8. If Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management find Any Wrong Information, Misconduct or Undisclosed Facts About Registered Candidate, Management will Immediately Cancel/ His/Her Registration & Will Remove His/Her Biodata from the Website. Any Fees paid will Not be Refunded.
9. Code of Conduct & Other Conditions as on , If Relevant for Registration on website.
   For Boys Candidates any Khadayata Vaishnav Vanik Candidate can register on website. Any non- Khadayata or non Vaishnav Candidate can not register on website.
   For Girls Candidates any Khadayata or Non- Khadayata Vaishnav Vanik Girl can Register on website but Any non Vaishnav Vanik Girl can not register on website.
   Any Correction / Update in registered biodata by the candidate will be visible after due approval from SKMB management after 9 days time.
10. All Rights for Accepting or Rejecting the Request for Registration will be Solely with Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management. All Registration on website will be made Publicly Visible only after Acceptance by Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management.
11. Any Registration Which is Not Within Rules & Regulations stipulated by Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management will be Rejected & Any Payment done will not be Refunded. Registration Fees paid by Candidates at the time of Registration will be Non Refundable any Registration on the Website without Due Registration Fees, Payment will remain on hold until payment of Full Registration Fees.
12. Samast Khadayata Marriage Bureau Management is not responsible for any Misinformation in Biodata of Candidates.
13. If Any Candidate Registered on Website finds his/ hers Life Partner, Please Inform Management to Cancel/ Remove his/ her Biodata & Registered Details from The Website. Any Fees paid will not be refunded.
